HoopsGo is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not designed to replace professional advice or services of any kind.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

HoopsGo may offer premium features via in-app purchases. • Payment: Charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Cancellation: Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play Account Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

3. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your device secure. • Since data is stored locally, you are responsible for backing up your device to prevent data loss.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, content, and source code of HoopsGo are protected by copyright law. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoopsGo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the new terms.
